I wore this outfit to a meal the other night and it’s probably the dressiest outfit I’ve featured on my blog so far. These heels were an absolute bargain from the H&M sale a while ago for a measly £7! I love the velvety royal blue material and I think the added silver toe cap gives them a bit of an edge. My clutch bag was a birthday present from a friend who obviously knows me very well because as you can probably tell from the scuffed material, I never put it down! It was simply a wonderful coincidence that the shoes and bag matched so well, but when I wear a basic outfit like this grey and black jeans and shirt combo, I like to wear one or two colours to spruce it up a little. Along with the royal blue accents, I added another jewel tone with deep red lipstick and nail varnish.
