This winter I’ve been really into layering, whether it’s jumpers over shirts, or dresses over turtlenecks, I’m hooked! And this outfit is no exception to my new found ‘go-to’ combination. I bought this cropped stripey high neck top from Topshop a few months ago and haven’t had much wear out of it, purely because I’m not a huge fan of showing my ghostly white stomach. But this vintage denim pinafore I bought a few weeks ago off Ebay saved the day, and my midriff! The pinafore was a mere £5 and originally a little long, hence the questionable hem line as I shortened it (quite badly.) I topped the outfit off with a navy woolen cape with gold detailing, and my floppy hat. Is it just me, or do floppy hats seem to go with everything!?
