#GetBranded – Branded Lab PR Blogger Event

Well, long time no blog! I’ve recently started a new job (woop woop!) so I’m still struggling to juggle blogging and a full time job with one heck of a commute, but I’m working on getting back on track as we speak.

Last Wednesday I had the pleasure of attending the Branded Lab PR Blogger Event at the Rosylee Tearooms in Manchester. It was a brilliant evening surrounded by beautiful clothes, amazing cakes, delicious cocktails (which you can see me supping on) and some gorgeous blogging gals, what more could a girl want? I went along with the lovely Ruth of Ruth Writes and when we arrived, we were instantly welcomed by Alice (another lovely lady) and were offered mini-cakes and cocktails. Obviously we took that offer up straight away and then got stuck into the fashion offerings shortly after.

There were some really beautiful clothes and accessories on show, my personal favourites being the muted pastel pieces and geometric prints from South Avenue and the incredible handmade leather bags from Harriet Sanders. I fell in love with the green and indigo bucket bag (top left of the third photograph) and am seriously considering investing in one. The quality felt amazing and I can imagine it taking you from season to season with ease.

The blogging community is such a supportive one and it’s great to interact with and speak to bloggers via social media. Having said that, it’s always lovely to meet face to face, so seeing Stephanie, Lauren, Holly and Laura again and finally meeting Ellie was fab! I’m sure you’re already following their fantastic blogs but in case not, go go go!

As you can see the goodie bag we received at the end of the night was a blooming good one! I can’t wait to try out the gold temporary tattoos, I think they’ll look fab in the summer. I’ve heard great things about Elf so I’m looking forward to trying out this pretty coral shaded nail polish too, and obviously chocolate is always a lovely little treat.

I had a really lovely evening at the event and can’t thank Branded Lab PR enough! Blogger events are very new to me but I can’t wait to go along to a few more.
